A Special Issue in Honor of the 55th Birthday of Dumitru Baleanu

Abstract

The purpose of this issue is to promote the remarkable contribution of Dumitru Baleanu on fractional calculus and fractional differential/integral equations and celebrate this 55 birthday. Dr. Dumitru Baleanu got the PhD in Physics in 1996 from the Institute of Atomic Physics, Romania. Since 2000, he is been a visiting staff member at the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Çankaya University, Ankara, Turkey since 2000. He is a professor at the Institute of Space Sciences from Magurele-Bucharest, Romania.
